and actor Ali will be honoured with actor Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR) lifetime achievement Swarna Kankan award here Sep 22.
Six others from different walks of lives will also have the award bestowed upon them by ANR.
"Ten prominent personalities from different professions have been chosen for this award.
The awards will be presented to the awardees in a grand function on Sep 22.
It will be a star-studded event," a member of the organising committee told.
Other six awardees include NRI community leader Prasad Thotakura, filmmaker R. Narayana Murthy,
former Andhra Pradesh High Court lawyer Yellam Raju Gopalakrishna Murthy, writer
C. Ananda Ramam, CEO of SVBC television channel P. Madhusudhana Rao, and TV anchor
MKR Asha Latha.
At the award function, hit songs from ANR's films will be performed by a live orchestra. A
special souvenir tracking the career of ANR will also be release at the function, which will take place at Ravindra Bharati

No Rabasa for Jr NTR
The title of Jr NTR-Santhosh Srinivas's upcoming flick has been speculated as 'Rabasa'.
In reality, the makers haven't been considering it as a title of this mass entertainer.
Film's leading lady Samantha has confirmed the latest development. "First day of NTR-Srinivas
film. It will not be titled as Rabasa," she told.
Santhosh Srinivas has waited for a very long time to direct NTR. It is said that he has written
some awesome dialogues for our Nandamuri hero to enthrall the masses. Bellamkonda Suresh
is producing the flick on a grand scale. Music is by SS Thaman. The film is aimed for release in January next year.
NTR and Samantha have completed a hat-trick now. Their first flick 'Brundavanam' is a super hit
and the second outing 'Ramayya Vastavayya' is in the last leg of shooting. The film with Santosh Srinivas is going to be a hat-trick and hopefully the two upcoming release hits the rights chord with the audience.

the burden of carrying the entire film on my shoulders by multi-starrers and character roles,
" he said.

Jr NTR Fans Clash With Chandrababu!

Self-respect Yaatra today while he is touring Krishna District. Fans who called themselves
as followers of Jr NTR have created hurdles for the yaatra.
During his yaatra at Mettugudem in Krishna district, Naidu refused to garland the state of
legendary NTR citing that time will not be sufficient to cover the scheduled places if he

months just because of the same issue. "The shooting of 'Yuddham' should have been
completed by January 2012 itself, but it got delayed because of the ego clashes between
hero and heroine. We have finally resolved the issue. Except for three songs, the entire
shoot has been wrapped up. We will be releasing the film for Dussehra," he told.
'Yuddham' stars Tarun and Yami Gautam in the lead. The talkie part of the movie was
wrapped up by January. Ever since then Tarun didn't cooperate with the producer due to
his Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) commitments and USA trip. Yami Gautham made it
clear that she wouldn't change her dates for her co-star. Tarun who came to know about the

issue reached Producers Council and Yami even offered to return her remuneration if she
was replaced by some other actress. Producer turned town the appeal as the film has already

with the writing of director
Sampath Nandi (Racha fame) for
'Gabbar Singh 2' has asked his
good friend
Trivikram to provide
dialogues for the sequel. Even
the star writer
responded positively,
only to raise the expectations on the movie.
Ever since the differences propped up
between him and director
Vijay
Bhaskar, Trivikram
stopped penning dialogues for films directed by other
filmmakers. Instead, he focussed
on his career as a director and Today
he is one among the Top 5 Tollywood directors.
Despite several offers
from other filmmakers to pen dialogues for their films, Trivikram
softly
turned down all of them and it was only for Pawan he couldn't say 'NO'.
That's
the kind of respect he gives for their friendship!
Deepika Padukone demands 2 crore to act with Pawan Kalyan!
Deepika Padukone is now enjoying successful path of her career and she
is not ready to let
down her costly remuneration in any case whether
it’s Bollywood or Tollywood. Well
everyone knew that Pawan kalyan is
busy in scripting for his next film Gabbar Singh 2 and
they are eagerly
searching for a perfect match with Pawan kalyan.
After a long search they planned for Sonakshi first and later decided
Deepika Padukone
but stepped back with her 2 crore demand to act in
film. She also demanded many other
facilities which made producers to
step back , But many are suggesting film unit to select
Deepika as she
suits perfect pair of Pawan kalyan.
Actress Sindhu Menon Commits Suicide
Sindhu Menon of chandamama and vaishali fame has attempted a suicide
yesterday
according to few sources.she is not much into films these
days and the reason behind
her cowardly act is unknown. She was admitted
in a hospital in bangalore.
Police officials are investigating the case and finding out whether it
is a suicide or murder
attempt. Reports say that she is unconscious due
to heavy dosage of sleeping pills. More
details yet to be out.
Shruti says no to Mahesh Babu?
This may come quite shocking but yes sizzling girl who shot to fame pretty quickly
has rejected Mahesh Babu.
Mahesh is currently shooting for his upcoming flick 1 Nenokkadine under Sukumar.
After this he was supposed to do Aagadu for Srinu Vytla. The makers thought Shruti
would suit for Mahesh in Aagadu and the pretty damsel too was ok with the proposal.
Rest assured Srinu Vytla was looking for his second lead girl for the movie.
Samantha's call sheets didn't give her scope so she declined second girl's role. So they
seem to be considering Tamannaah and Deepika Padukone for the role. As soon as
Shruti learnt Tamannaah's name was under consideration Shruti opted to come out of
the project giving shock to the makers. However, she sent an excuse saying she is busy
with pre-agreed upon shooting commitments. Well in reality that's not the reason though.
